Who it's for

For business owners and accountants

I run a (small) business — how does Trivis help me?

With Trivis's AI-based bookkeeping you can do the accounting yourself. You can ask for advice on how to handle purchase invoices, what to put down as an expense and what not to, and how to pay yourself a salary. Trivis guides you — and in practice does these things for you anyway.

Could Trivis be useful to our accounting firm?

Yes! Where one accountant can handle 20–50 companies today, with Trivis one accountant can reach 200.

How do you manage the books of 200 companies?

Trivis puts smart tools directly into the hands of the employees and keeps an autonomous overview. An employee captures a purchase invoice with the Trivis app and it is entered and confirmed straight away with the right expense accounts. The autonomous AI review — monthly, or even weekly — reports back on the things that need an accountant's attention.

Pricing

What's included

Do I need to buy receipt digitisation on top?

No! Receipts go through the Trivis AI anyway. It's included in the price.

Can I send and receive e-invoices?

Yes — and for free. Setting e-invoicing up is easy too: you get a link for the company owner to sign. Our partner Billberry makes the whole thing painless.

How many users can I invite to my company for free?

As many as you like. Give each of them a role. It costs us nothing, so it costs you nothing.

Why is Trivis so cheap?

The Trivis team is compact, and the software and hardware are built deliberately. All of it lets Trivis OÜ operate 100× more economically than our competitors.

What are tokens?

Our software depends on AI services, and those modern resources are not free — the line has to be drawn somewhere. In normal use of Trivis, your token balance should never become a problem. If it does, get in touch with our customer support.

Banking

Bank statements and payments

Can I import bank statements and generate payment files?

Yes. Trivis supports the CSV files of every Estonian bank, plus those of several popular international providers. Payment files are in the pain.001 format and have been tested against Estonian banks.

Is there bank automation?

Importing a statement finds your unpaid invoices for you. If something doesn't line up, click the "AI analysis" button — it compares your documents against the statement rows and recovers the missing links.

Do statements arrive from the bank automatically?

Trivis has an agreement with LHV that lets our users switch on LHV Connect and receive account statements quickly and conveniently. It also checks the payer's name and whether there are sufficient funds in the account.

Security

Your data and how it's protected

Where is the data stored and how is it secured?

Estonian customers' data is held in a cloud located in Estonia. The security is comparable to that of banking services. Backups run automatically to a second data store: continuously, plus fixed point-in-time snapshots. Every customer's data is isolated from every other customer's.

Connecting

Trivis inside your AI assistant

How do I connect MCP?

Just copy the MCP URL into your ChatGPT custom plugin or your Claude custom connector — everything else takes care of itself.
